Why are you not replying to my order?

If you do see our reply to your order within 24 hours (excluding Saturday & Sunday), please check your spam or bulk folder to see if our email has been filter there.

*Most of the email to AOL email addresses are filter to spam folder. please check and white-list our email.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment mode:

Prices of all listed items are in Japanese Yen. However, we can accept the equivalent in

How to order?

Simple click the “Add to Cart” button when you’ve located an item you wish to purchase. When you are finished shopping, click on “check out” button to proceed to order summary page to complete the order.

All orders will be process manually. Once we receive your order, we will compute the shipping cost and email back to you with the final total and how and where to send the payment. NO credit card info is required on this website during the order.

Are all items brand new?

Yes, all items are brand new and never played before.

On some very rare occasion, there could be instance when a very old item have many scratches due to poor storage. We will inform you about it if its the case

What are a Pro-CDR, Single-CDR, or Pro-DVDR?

Pro-CDR (or Pro-DVDR) are professionally made CDR (or DVDR) with professionally printed artwork. All CDR (or DVDR) are printed professionally. They are NOT cheap home-made copies with just marker writing on it.

Single-CDR are like Pro-CDR but they only come with a one piece of artwork (front cover). They do not have a tray artwork. Just a a CD-single.

 

Custom Declaration

If you want us to declare low value on the custom declaration for the package, we can do so according to your instructions. You need to indicate it on the “NOTES” of the order form.

Will I get a tracking number for the package?

Yes, we send all items by registered mail. You will need to sign for it upon arrival. There will be a tracking number which you can track with your country’s postal after a few days of posting. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order status has been changed to “COMPLETED”, which means your order was sent out. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or bulk folder to see if our email has been filter there.

I like to receive the item faster

We have an option to send the order by an express courier service for ADDITIONAL of 1500 YEN. This express services takes 2 to 7 working days.

However, there will be additional surcharge if delivery address is in a rural area or out of the courier’s delivery area. You can view the list of those Out of delivery area here

How long does it take to reach me?

These are the estimated postal time barring unforseen weather conditions, postal strike or custom delays.

North America – 9 to 15 working days
Europe (except Italy) – 7-12 working days.
Italy – 9 to 20 working days
South America – 15 to 30 working days.
Australia, NZ, Middle East and Asia – 7-10 working days

Which countries do you send to?

We ship to any country in the world that have regular postal service in their area.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the item ordered. Once an order is placed, we will process the order manually by replying to your order via email with the exact shipping cost.

In general, these are the shipping cost:

  • 1CD/2CD (with a standard jewel case or digipak) item –  ¥700 (if its second or more item, additional ¥250 each)
  • 3CD/4CD (with fatboy jewel case or digipak) item – ¥850 (if it’s a second item or more item, additional ¥350 each)
  • 5CD/6CD (with multi fatboy jewel case or digipak) item – ¥1,000 (if it’s a second or more item, additional ¥400 each)
  • Boxset and other item – ranging from ¥1450 to ¥2000 (additional item varies)

There are some exceptional item which is bulky and heavy that could cost more shipping. You will be informed of exact shipping cost before accepting the order and make payment.

Courier service

Return, Refund and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you can return any item within 30 days to receipt for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. Return items must be in the condition you received them.

A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item, if available.

All refund will be process within 7 working days after we receive your returned items. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Safe Shopping with us

We guarantee that every transaction that you make with DiscJapan.com will be safe. We DO NOT collect and store any credit card information online and therefore have no risk of credit card fraud.

How do I earn points?

When you sign up a NEW account with us before making an order, you will have a one time 500 points in your account.

When you purchase any item in our store, you will receive an estimate of 5% rewards points from the purchase price. For example, if the item cost is 5,000 YEN, you will receive 250 points.

The points will be credited to your account, once payment is made for the order.

What are points for?

Points can be use to offset your total purchase on your NEXT order. 1 Points is equivalent to 1 Yen
